None this is primarily a bug fix release.
Bug Fixes
Fixed crash exporting SBML.
Messages reporting problems when starting the GUI where not displayed.
Fixed crash in parameter estimation and optimization after reporting that one of the parameters was not existing.
The scan task reports an error when a parameter is not existing.
Fixed crash in COPASI file load caused by manually created files having incorrect parameter names in reactions.
The default bin size for histograms has been changed from 0.1 to 1 to account for the fact that histograms are primarily used for particle numbers.
Improved the check whether a model is explicitly time dependent used to check the feasibility of steady state calculations.
When deleting reactions now all dependent global quantities are deleted too after user confirmation.
Corrected misleading error message created when the Fisher Information Matrix can not be inverted.
Fixed SBML import which in rare circumstances was not able to recognize Mass action kinetics properly.
Fixed SBML import problem which caused COPASI to ignore functions which are only used in SBML rules.
Fixed SBML import which crashed when given a non SBML file.
Fixed occasional crashes when creating a new metabolite by adding text in type table field.
The range for a scan parameter with logarithmic scale is now checked to be positive avoiding confusing results.
The sensitivities default report no longer leads to a crash when used for a different task than sensitivities.
On Mac OS X the cursor coordinates are now correctly displayed in the plot windows.
On Mac OS X (PowerPC) the menu items often were disabled after a file load or import.
