Collaboration with CellDesigner

COPASI and CellDesigner announce their collaboration that aims at integrating the two tools. This integration will allow users to edit their system of interest using the advanced graphical interface of CellDesigner and analyze it’s properties with the powerful methods provided by COPASI in a seamless fashion.

The collaboration is supported by a grant by the German Ministry of Education and Research.
