The COPASI team announces the immediate availability of the development release COPASI 4.2.24 (development).

A new development release of COPASI has been made available. Please visit our non-commercial or commercial pages to download the latest development release.

COPASI 4.2.24 (development) has the following new features:

• Support of initial assignments for compartments, metabolites, and global quantities.
• Two new optimization methods :Truncated Newton and Praxis.
• The switch between the display of concentrations or particle numbers is now conveniently located in the tool bar.

In addition several bugs have been fixed, a full list can be found in the changelog.
